  • May 3 BG Group (BRGYY.PK) agrees to sell its 60% stake in Brazilian gas distribution company Comgás for $1.8B, as the British oil and gas company carries out its plan to sell $5B in assets over the next two years. BG also raises its expected investment costs in a major Australian LNG project by $5.4B, due to the rising Australian dollar and a corresponding jump in raw materials and labor costs.
